  • 1 12 lbs peeled onions, thinly sliced (4 or 5 large)
  • 14 cup butter
  • 4 (10 ounce) cans condensed beef broth
  • 1 12 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 teaspoon salt

Directions

    Cook sliced onions in the butter first.

    Then add broth, worcestershire sauce and salt.

    Cook for several hours.

    To serve you can put a slice of bread on your bowl of soup and put some shredded mozarella cheese on top.

    Microwave to melt cheese.
