- 1 12 lbs peeled onions, thinly sliced (4 or 5 large)
- 14 cup butter
- 4 (10 ounce) cans condensed beef broth
- 1 12 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 12 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Cook sliced onions in the butter first.

2Then add broth, worcestershire sauce and salt.

3Cook for several hours.

4To serve you can put a slice of bread on your bowl of soup and put some shredded mozarella cheese on top.

5Microwave to melt cheese.
