- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 3 large onions
- 6 beef bouillon cubes
- 6 c. boiling water
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Saute onions in margarine and oil, stirring constantly until tender.

2Dissolve 6 cubes in boiling water and gradually add to onions.

3Stir in Worcestershire sauce and salt.

4Bring to full boil, then simmer for 5 minutes.

5Serve with Jack cheese and French bread.

6Makes 8 servings.
