- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 18 beef bouillon cubes
- 1/2 stick oleo
Directions

1Slice the onions.

2Brown in pan with 1 stick of oleo.

3Add sugar and flour.

4Put in a 4-quart crock-pot.

5Add enough water to fill.

6Add beef bouillon cubes.

7Add an additional 1/2 stick of oleo.

8Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or cook on high for 3 to 4 hours.

9Add croutons and cheese when serving.
