- 1 pound Ground Meat
- 1/2 cups Yellow Onion, Small Dice
- 6 dashes Ground Mustard
- 3 pinches Salt
- 3 pinches Ground Black Pepper
- 4 ounces, weight Worcestershire Sauce
- 6 slices Provolone Or Swiss Cheese
- 6 whole Hamburger Rolls
Directions

1Dice up your onion very fine.

2Combine all ingredients (except the cheese and rolls) into a bowl and mix well.

3Divide the meat into 4-5 ounce balls.

4Then form into patties.

5Place into oven on broiler setting (500 degrees F).

6Cook for 10 minutes on one side and then flip and repeat.

7Once cooked add cheese and cook for 2-3 more minutes until cheese melts.

8Be sure to toast your bread you can do that in the oven while the cheese melts.

9Top rolls with burgers and burger toppings of choice and be prepared for yumm-ness!
