- 1 baked pie shell (9 to 10-inch)
- 1 qt. blueberries (4 c.)
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. water
Directions

1In a saucepan, put 1 cup blueberries, sugar and water.

2Bring to a boil; make a paste combining flour, salt and water.

3Add to the blueberry mixture, stirring until thickened.

4Remove from heat and add hot mixture to uncooked reserved 3 cups blueberries.

5Fold well and pour all into the baked pie shell.

6Chill for at least 3 hours.

7Serve topped with whipped cream or ice cream.
