- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 4 English muffins
- 2 (7 oz.) cans crab meat, drained (may use tuna)
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
Directions

1Mix mayonnaise and mustard.

2Split muffins and toast.

3Spread with mayonnaise mixture.

4Mix the rest of the mayonnaise mix, crab and Worcestershire sauce; spread over muffins.

5Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of cheese.

6Broil about 3 inches from heat until cheese is melted.
