  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Ground Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 whole Red Onion, Sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cups Light Mayonnaise
  • 4 slices Whole-Wheat Bread (toasted)
  • Mixed Greens Or Lettuce
  • 1 cup Crumbled Blue Cheese

    To prepare the patties: Combine ground beef, garlic, egg, salt and pepper in a bowl.

    With you hands, mix meat and season well.

    Divide into 4 equal-portioned round patties.

    To caramelize onions: Heat a medium skillet over low heat.
