- 3 c. water packed cherries, drained (reserve juice)
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. tapioca
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Sucaryl solution
- 1/4 c. cherry juice
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
Directions

1Combine cherries, tapioca, salt, Sucaryl, cherry juice and almond extract; let stand for 15 minutes.

2Pour filling into crust and cover top with foil to prevent drying out.

3Bake at 425° for about 45 minutes.
