- 1 1/2 c. well-drained, chopped sauerkraut
- 1/2 lb. thinly sliced corned beef
- 1/4 lb. sliced Swiss cheese
Directions

1Spread 1/2 teaspoon of dressing on each slice of bread.

2Place 1 tablespoon of sauerkraut on each slice of bread; top with a slice of corned beef.

3Cut cheese the size of bread and place over corned beef.
