- 1/4 c. Thousand Island salad dressing
- 24 slices snack rye bread
- 1/2 lb. thinly sliced corned beef
- 1 1/2 c. chopped sauerkraut, well drained
- 4 oz. sliced Swiss cheese
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Spread about 1/2 teaspoon dressing on each slice of bread; place on ungreased cookie sheet.

3Top each with slice of corned beef and about 1 tablespoon sauerkraut.

4Cut cheese to fit bread; place over sauerkraut.

5Bake for 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
