- 1 large slice rye bread
- Swiss or Mozzarella cheese
- sliced turkey or chicken
- tomato slices
- 3 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
- shredded lettuce
- 4 Tbsp. kosher dill pickles, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
- 1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
- 1 pt. mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 medium onion, grated
- juice of 1 lemon
- garlic salt to taste
- pinch of sugar
Directions

1Make open-faced sandwich with bread, cheese, meat, tomato, bacon and lettuce.
