- 2 teaspoons turbinado sugar
- 2 ounces espresso (or 4 oz. strong brewed coffee)
- 1 cup cubed ice
- 2 tablespoons half-and-half

1In a glass jar, use the bottom of a wooden spoon to muddle fresh mint leaves and sugar until mint is thoroughly bruised and fragrant.
