- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 (15 oz.) can artichoke hearts (in water)
- 8 to 12 oz. fresh mushrooms
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 c. cooking sherry (optional)
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. tarragon
- 1/2 stick butter
Directions

1Melt butter in saute pan and brown chicken breasts on both sides.

2Remove chicken and put in square baking dish.

3Put mushrooms and artichoke hearts in saute pan and cook for 5 minutes.

4Sprinkle flour over mushrooms and artichokes.

5Add chicken broth, sherry and tarragon.

6Stir and let bubble until it thickens a bit.

7Pour over chicken and cook for 30 minutes in preheated 350° oven.
