  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 2 tsp. grated orange rind
  • 6 1-inch thick salmon steaks

Directions

    Combine first 5 ingredients in a large shallow dish or zip-top plastic bag; add salmon.

    Cover or seal, and chill 2 hours.

    Remove salmon from marinade, discarding marinade.

    Grill, covered with grill lid, on a lightly greased food rack over medium-high heat (350F to 400F degrees) 10 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
