Orange Bbq Sauce

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces, fluid Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate
  • 1/4 cups White Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • 2 teaspoons Yellow Mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Soy Sauce (or One Packet Like You Get With Carry-out)

    1. Combine all of the ingredients in a small saucepan and stir over low heat until blended.

    2. You can use the sauce as a marinade or for basting. Just remember that you should reserve a portion for the basting and don't re-use marinade once you've had raw meat in it.

    3. Sauce will keep in the fridge for about a week. I didn't re-heat it before basting it on the meat so it's fine to use it right out of the fridge.
