Orange Beef and Vegetables

  • 1 tbsp. seasoned stir-fry oil
  • 12 oz. beef top round steak
  • 13 c. bottled stir-fry sauce
  • 1 bag frozen-broccoli stir-fry mix (broccoli, carrots, onions, red peppers, celery, water chestnuts, mushrooms)
  • 2 medium navel oranges, scrubbed

Directions

    Heat stir-fry oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.

    Add beef in 2 batches and stir-fry 30 to 45 seconds until barely pink.

    Remove to a bowl with a slotted spoon.

    Stir in stir-fry sauce.

    Put frozen vegetables, grated orange peel and juice in skillet.

    Cook, stirring, 4 to 5 minutes until vegetables are hot.

    Add beef mixture and stir 1 minute until hot.
