  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • grated rind of 1 orange
  • 3 Tbsp. soft butter
  • juice of 1 orange
  • 1/2 c. sour cream

Directions

    Sift flour, salt and baking powder. Add orange rind. Cut in shortening. Add juice and sour cream. Roll to 3/4-inch on floured board. Cut and bake on nonstick cookie sheet 8 minutes at 425°. Cool on wire rack or serve warm. Good with orange marmalade.
