  • 4-1/2 ounces, weight Butter, Softened
  • 2 ounces, weight Granulated Sugar
  • 6-3/8 ounces, weight All-purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Orange Blossom Extract

    1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

    2. In a bowl, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

    3. Add the flour and orange blossom extract and mix well to combine. You might have to get your hands in there to work the dough into something that could be rolled out.

    4. Dust a work surface with some flour and roll out the dough to a thickness of 1cm.

    5. Cut into shapes and place on the baking tray. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.

    6. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool.
