- 2 whole Large Pears
- 6 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter, melted
- 1/4 cups Packed Brown Sugar
- 1/3 cups Dried Berries
- 1/3 cups Slivered Almonds
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
- 3 Tablespoons Quick Cooking Rolled Oats
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- Fleur De Sel Caramel Sauce, To Drizzle
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 375°F. Slice each pear in half and remove the core. Place the pears cut side up on a baking sheet. Mix the remaining ingredients (except the caramel sauce) together in a bowl. Fill each pear with the granola mixture. Bake for about 30 minutes. Remove from the oven. Heat the caramel sauce in the microwave and drizzle with the fleur de sel caramel sauce.
