  • 1 (1 lb.) pkg. fresh carrots
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine

Directions

    Slice carrots into thin rounds and cook until tender.

    Drain. Mix sugar and flour.

    Add orange juice.

    Cook until thickened. Pour over carrot slices.
