- 1 lb. carrots
- 1 orange, peeled and cut into bite size pieces
- 1/2 tsp. orange rind, grated (fresh)
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. dark corn syrup
Directions

1Slice carrots into rounds or sticks.

2Add carrots to boiling salted water.

3Cover and cook until tender; drain.

4Add orange pieces, rind, margarine and syrup.

5Place over low heat.
-
6Stir gently until margarine is melted and orange is heated.

7Serves 4 to 6.
