- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 lb chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/3 cup orange marmalade
Directions

1In a large bowl combine cornstarch and garlic powder; toss chicken in the mixture.

2In a separate bowl combine soy sauce, water, orange juice, brown sugar, ginger, cornstarch and red pepper flakes.

3Set aside.

4In a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, stir fry chicken in vegetable oil until golden brown, about 7 to 10 minutes.

5Pour in prepared sauce and orange marmalade.

6Simmer until sauce is thickened about 10 minutes.

7Serve with white or brown rice.
