Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 lb chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 cup orange marmalade

Directions

    In a large bowl combine cornstarch and garlic powder; toss chicken in the mixture.

    In a separate bowl combine soy sauce, water, orange juice, brown sugar, ginger, cornstarch and red pepper flakes.

    Set aside.

    In a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, stir fry chicken in vegetable oil until golden brown, about 7 to 10 minutes.

    Pour in prepared sauce and orange marmalade.

    Simmer until sauce is thickened about 10 minutes.

    Serve with white or brown rice.
