  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. orange marmalade
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. prepared mustard

Directions

    Salt and pepper chicken; place, skin side down, in a baking dish.

    Combine butter, marmalade and mustard; cook over medium heat until smooth, stirring constantly.

    Pour over chicken.

    Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour.

    Baste and turn once.

    (Sauce is good served over rice.)
