- 4 egg yolks, beaten
- 1 c. granulated sugar, divided

1Dissolve the gelatin in the orange juice.

2Beat the egg yolks with the sugar in a double boiler.

3When thick, add the gelatin and orange juice.

4Add the beaten whites with 1/2 cup sugar.

5Fill baked crusts; cover with whipped cream.
