  • 4 ounces dessertrice
  • 4 ounces sugar
  • 1 quart of milk
  • 7 ounces of whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 vanilla stick
  • Cinnamon powder
  • Brown sugar

Directions

    Wash the rice in cold water and let it dry

    Boil the milk with the vanilla stick and the sugar

    When the milk is boiling, add the rice and butter

    Bring this all to the boiling point and let it boil on a small fire with the lid on top and stir regular until the rice is tender

    Add at the end a pinch of cinnamon and the whipping cream.

    Let the rice pudding rest for half an hour

    Divide the rice pudding in bowls and let the bowls cool down.

    Serve with brown sugar on top
