- 1 Tbsp. gelatin
- 1/4 c. cold water
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 2 tsp. grated orange rind
- graham cracker crust
Directions

1Soften gelatin in water.

2Beat egg yolks.

3Add salt, orange and 1/2 cup sugar.

4Cook in double boiler until thick.

5Remove from heat.

6Add gelatin and orange rind.

7Cool.

8Beat egg whites until thick.

9Add rest of sugar (1/2 cup).

10Pour filling into graham cracker crust.

11Cover with meringue.
