Orange Cream Cheese

Directions

   Remove orange zest and chop very fine.

   Juice orange half and combine with sugar.

   Put into a small saucepan.

   Heat but do not boil.

   Remove from heat. Add orange zest.

   Allow mixture to cool. Add softened cream cheese. Blend thoroughly.
