- 1/2 c. butter (room temperature)
- 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp. grated orange rind
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- Brandy Buttercream (recipe follows)
- 1/4 c. orange marmalade
- powdered sugar
Directions

1Beat butter, sugar, egg yolk and orange rind in small mixer bowl at high speed until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.

2Add flour to butter mixture; beat at medium speed just until thoroughly mixed.

3Shape dough into ball; refrigerate wrapped in plastic wrap 1 hour.
