  • 1/2 c. crisco oil
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 eggs

    Combine all ingredients and mix well, drop from tsp onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 10-20 min. until golden. Cool on cookie sheet about 1-5 min then remove.

    Yield 4-5 doz cookies.
