- 2 qts. milk
- 12 egg yolks
- 1 -6 oz can frozen concentrate orange juice thawed, undiluted
- 1/2 C sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Scald milk in top of double boiler. Beat egg yolks with sugar. Stir in about 1 cup hot milk. Quickly stir into remaining hot milk in double boiler and cook, stirring constantly over simmering water until mixture thickens and coats a metal spoon. Remove from hot water and add vanilla. Chill. Add undiluted orange concentrate. Makes
