   Combine pineapple and gelatin in a saucepan.

   Heat until gelatin is dissolved.

   Remove from heat.

   Add sugar, baby food and cream cheese.

   Beat until smooth.

   Cool.

   When mixture begins to thicken, fold in Cool Whip.

   Put in a mold or dish.
