- 1 pie shell baked or ready to use graham crust
- 1 pkg. orange gelatin
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 can mandarin oranges (11 oz.) drained
- 1 cup whipped topping, thawed
- 2/3 cup boiling orange juice
Directions

1Dissolve gelatin in orange juice.

2Add ice cream by spoonfuls, blending until dissolved.

3Chill until slightly thickened.

4Stir in oranges.

5Fold in whipped topping.

6Pour into pie shell.
