- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon oriental sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon minced peeled fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon minced orange peel
- 1/2 teaspoon rice vinegar
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- Pinch of sugar
- 1 10-ounce 3/4-inch-thick swordfish steak, cut in half
- Orange slices
- Chopped green onion
Directions

1Combine first 7 ingredients in 9-inch glass pie plate.

2Add swordfish and turn to coat in marinade.

3Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes or up to 3 hours.

4Preheat broiler.

5Using rubber spatula, scrape marinade from swordfish and pie plate into small saucepan.

6Season swordfish lightly with salt and pepper.

7Broil swordfish until just cooked through, about 3 minutes per side.

8Transfer to platter.

9Boil reserved marinade until syrupy, about 3 minutes.

10Season with salt and pepper.

11Spoon over swordfish.

12Garnish with orange slices and green onions and serve.
