- 1 can or 2 c. cooked carrots
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1In a small saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, salt and ginger.

2Add orange juice.

3Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.

4Cook 1 to 2 minutes more.

5Stir in butter and pour over hot carrots.
