  • 12 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed, undiluted
  • 34 cup prepared mustard
  • 34 cup molasses
  • 12 teaspoon ground cloves

Directions

    Place ham on the rack of a roasting pan.

    Cook at 350F for 20-30 minutes per pound.

    Combine ingredients; stir until smooth.

    During last 30 minutes of cooking time, brush mixture on ham, occasionally.

    Warm remaining sauce and serve with the ham.
