- 2 (9-inch) graham cracker crusts
- 1 well beaten egg
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. pineapple juice
- 1 pkg. orange jello (3 oz.)
- 1 large can evaporated milk
Directions

1Prepare the 2 graham cracker crusts.

2Combine in saucepan and bring to a boil while stirring:

3egg, sugar and pineapple juice. Add and stir in until dissolved orange jello.

4Chill until syrupy (quicker to use freezer).

5Whip until stiff and thick the evaporated milk (best to chill milk, bowl and beaters).

6Fold in jello mixture.

7Pour into graham crusts.

8Chill until firm.

9Slice and serve.
