  • 3 lbs boneless smoked ham
  • 13 cup orange juice
  • 13 cup honey
  • 12 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 12 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 14 cup cold water
  • 2 tablespoons dry sherry

    Place ham in slow cooker.

    Add orange juice, honey and cloves.

    Cover and cook on low for about 3 hours or until thermometer registers 155 degrees.

    Remove ham and keep warm.

    Measure 1 1/2 cups broth into saucepan and heat to boiling; whisk in combined cornstarch, water, and sherry, whisking until thickened.

    Serve over ham.
