- 2 tbsp custard powder
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp finely grated orange peel
- 1 tbsp orange-flavored liqueur
Directions

1Combine custard powder and sugar in a small saucepan. Gradually stir in orange juice and 1 cup water. Stir mixture constantly on medium-high heat until it boils and thickens (or microwave on high for about 5 mins).

2Stir in sour cream, orange peel and liqueur. Serve custard hot.
