Orange Nut Cream Parfaits

  • 1 (300 ml) caneagle brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (225 ml) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 (250 ml) container sour cream
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 12 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tablespoon orange rind, grated

Directions

    Combine Eagle Brand and juice concentrate.

    Stir in sour cream.

    Set aside.

    Combine coconut, nuts and rind.

    Layer filling and coconut mixture in parfait or dessert dishes.

    Top with coconut mixture.

    Chill in freezer 30-45 minutes or 2 hours in refrigerator.

    Refrigerate leftovers.
