- 1 (300 ml) caneagle brand sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (225 ml) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 (250 ml) container sour cream
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 12 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tablespoon orange rind, grated
Directions

1Combine Eagle Brand and juice concentrate.

2Stir in sour cream.

3Set aside.

4Combine coconut, nuts and rind.

5Layer filling and coconut mixture in parfait or dessert dishes.

6Top with coconut mixture.

7Chill in freezer 30-45 minutes or 2 hours in refrigerator.

8Refrigerate leftovers.
