Orange Pecans

Directions

   Mix and boil the sugar, orange juice and water to soft boil stage.

   Remove from heat and add orange peel and pecans and mix well.

   Stir until the syrup begins to look cloudy and has thickened.

   Pour mixture out onto a well greased waxed paper.

   Allow to cool completely then break apart.

   Store in airtight containers.
