- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. crushed pineapple
- 1 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1In a small saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, salt, ginger and parsley flakes.

2Add orange juice and pineapple.

3Cook, stirring until thickened.

4Cook, stirring 1 to 2 minutes more. Stir in butter.

5Pour sauce over hot carrots, stirring lightly to coat.
