- 4 pork chops
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 Tbsp. raisins
- 1 c. orange juice
Directions

1Flour and brown pork chops.

2Sprinkle with sugar, nutmeg and raisins.

3Add orange juice; cover the pan and heat to boiling. Then at lowered heat, cook slowly for 45 minutes.

4Place an orange, cut into sections, on top of the chops during the last 5 minutes of cooking time.
