- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 2/3 c. taco relish
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. grated Jack cheese
- 2 (7 oz.) cans whole green chilies, seeded
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. flour
Directions

1Brown pork sausage until crumbly and well done (about 20 minutes).

2Add onion; saute until transparent.

3Drain fat.

4Add taco relish and cook over medium heat until mixture thickens. Beat together the milk, eggs and flour.

5Add cheese.

6Layer chilies, pork mixture, cheese and egg mixture in a greased 8-inch square baking pan.

7Repeat layers, ending with cheese and egg mixture.

8Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

9Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
