- 1/2 angel food cake
- 1 env. unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 1 cup orance juice, fresh
- diluted concentrated
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups whipping cream, whipped
Directions

1Break cake in small pieces and place in 13x9-1/2x2-inch oblong pan.

2Soften gelatin in cold water; dissolve in boiling water.

3Mix orange juice, sugar, blend in gelatin.

4Chill until slightly thickened.

5Beat.

6Mix gelatin mixture and whippied cream.

7Pour over cake.

9If desired sprinkle grated orange rind over top.
