  • 1 c. white rice
  • 10 oz. can Campbell's tomato soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/3 c. sliced ripe olives
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • 1 c. chopped ham
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Cook rice according to package directions.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    If it seems too dry, add 1/4 to 1/2 cup water to moisten. Pour into casserole and sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese.

    Cover and bake at 325° for 1 hour. Serve with a vegetable, salad and rolls.
