- 1 c. white rice
- 10 oz. can Campbell's tomato soup, undiluted
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/3 c. sliced ripe olives
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 1 c. chopped ham
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook rice according to package directions.

2Add remaining ingredients.

3If it seems too dry, add 1/4 to 1/2 cup water to moisten. Pour into casserole and sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese.

4Cover and bake at 325° for 1 hour. Serve with a vegetable, salad and rolls.
