- 1/2 cup short-grain rice
- Salt
- 4 oranges
- 2 cups whole milk
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons orange marmalade

11. Place the rice in a saucepan, cover with cold water and a pinch of salt, and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and drain.

22. Grate the zest of 1 orange. Peel all the oranges, divide them into sections, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
