  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 3 1/2 c. long grain rice
  • 1 lb. pork sausage
  • 1 c. celery, sliced
  • 1 c. onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp. orange peel, grated
  • 2 tsp. thyme leaves, dried
  • 1 tsp. marjoram leaves, dried
  • 2 tsp. sage
  • 1/4 c. orange juice
