  • 12 cup caster sugar
  • 34 cup prepared custard, thick variety
  • 12 cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 oranges, segmented

    Using electric beaters, mix ricotta and sugar.

    Add custard, juice and vanilla.

    Beat till smooth and combined.

    Spoon into 4 serving glasses.

    Top with orange segments, refrigerate 60 minutes.
