  • 300 grams sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp yeast
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 Butter
  • 1 sugar

    Preheat the oven at 200C

    Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix

    In a separate bowl put the eggs and stir until it is uniform

    Peel the oranges, take the skin and cut it in to small pieces without the white part, and take the juice

    Take the orange juice, the eggs and the orange skin, and mix it with the dry ingredients.

    Sprinkle the form with sugar and butter.

    Put the mix in a square form, and put it in the oven.

    Take it after 25 min and roll it
