- 1 c. scalded milk
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. orange rind
- 5 c. flour
Directions

1Mix scalded milk, margarine, sugar and salt together and cool. Dissolve yeast in warm water. When milk mixture is cool, add remaining ingredients and mix well. Knead for 5 to 10 minutes. Let rise (approximately 2 hours).

2Punch down.

3Form into desired shape and let rise again. Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
